Day Two

Today I got really into cooking and baking. I have about 12 or so recipes I really want to try.

I made chocolate chip muffins for breakfast, they turned out great! I loved the richness of them. The texture was a little rough but I enjoyed it anyway.

I've been eating SO many smoothies. Most of the time I'll add either kale or chia seeds, but sometimes I'm just in the mood for a smooth, sweet, fruit smoothie. I'm still getting the hang of how much of what to put in them, so I accidentally made four smoothies instead of one today because I kept adding things.

I'm enjoying this a lot. I have a whole bunch of supplies for the next 30 days like cashews, almond butter, honey, coconut oil, different flours, fruits and vegetables, fish fillets, lots of poultry, and a whole bunch of other things.
